Instructions
This medicine is given as an IV injection into a vein.
Carefully follow the instructions for preparing this medicine before injection.

The liquid should be clear and colorless.
Do not use the medicine if it contains any particles or if it has changed color.
Some brands of this medicine must be stored in the refrigerator while others may be kept at room temperature. Please speak with your pharmacist about how you should store your medicine.

Do not share this medicine with anyone who has not been prescribed this medicine.
Side Effects

- agitated feeling or trouble sleeping
- decreased appetite
- bone pain
- diarrhea
- drowsiness or sedation
- lack of energy and tiredness
- fever or chills
- pain, redness, swelling near injection
- joint or muscle pain
- nausea and vomiting
Call your doctor or get medical help right away if you notice any of these more serious side effects:
- confusion
- eye pain or redness
- fast or irregular heart beats
- irritability
- jaw pain
- signs of kidney damage (such as change in urine color or bubbly urine)
- mouth sores or irritation
- muscle aches, spasms or abnormal movements
- feeling of numbness or tingling, especially around the lips and mouth
- unusual or unexplained pain in hips, thighs or groin
- eye pain or swelling
A few people may have an allergic reaction to this medicine. Symptoms can include difficulty breathing, skin rash, itching, swelling, or severe dizziness. If you notice any of these symptoms, seek medical help quickly.
